Pushed off the Barstool

My favorite items on the menu are the ribs, and my favorite thing about Twin Anchors is Debbie, Tina and Arnesto and of course, Mary Kay and Paul.

I have been coming here since 1959, when all of the skiers would convene after skiing in Michigan on Sunday evening.  My baby daughter was brought to TA when she was 2 weeks old and her brother at 1 week.  Another family with the same aged children would join us and so we often say that our babies were weaned at Twin Anchors.

When my daughter was 2, she was sitting on the bar stool with her friend Adam, doing whatever little girls do, and she pushed him off the bar stool.  Pandemonium followed and we apologized, but we have had a lot of good memories over the years.

We now bring my grandsons-who do not play on the barstools!
