How's The Chili?

I was fortunate to live right down the street on Eugenie for 10 years so I spent a loooooooooot of time at The Anchor. One weekend afternoon I was sitting at the bar, enjoying a Guinness (before the craft beer coup kicked it off the tap) and a bowl of chili. The gentleman to my left asked "How's the chili"? I said, "good". He asked if it was hot. I said spicy or temperature? He said temperature. I said, "no but it never is" and that is how I met Mr.Enrique the owner who had passed the restaurant on to his kids, Paul, Mary Kay, and Gina as he was the gentleman asking the question.
